We accept a wide range of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. You can pay using all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI), as well as Net Banking and popular wallets. For added flexibility, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on eligible orders.
How long will it take to receive my order? +
Our standard delivery time is 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 24–48 hours. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with the tracking link, so you can monitor your order every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below this amount or for COD payments, a small delivery charge may apply depending on your pin code. All shipping charges (if any) will be shown clearly at checkout before you make payment.
Can I return or exchange my product? +
Absolutely. We have a 7-day easy return and exchange policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, or simply wish to exchange for a different size or variant, you can request a return/exchange directly from your order page. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after quality inspection.
